you are looking for just an over-nighter stop by
or give us a call, if we have vacancy we will let you know

for advance reservations we will have a minimum
amount of nights you can reserve, we will not do an advanced reservation
for a single night

. We actually have an empty winterized 2 bedroom available January
( starting now ) until May 1st,
we will rent for several nights , weekly, or monthly, rates
determined by length of stay and amount of persons, please phone or e-mail
for details

we have a one bedroom and a two bedroom
cottage we will consider renting for a longer stay, could be the spring/summer
season or a few months if interested e-mail or phone to discuss
the ideal client would be 1 or 2 persons, no pets,
and fit in with the quiet fishing type clients we already have in the other
cottages
.

Our cottage rental season begins the end of April/ beginning
of May, we have all sizes of cottages available throughput May and
the beginning of June
the latter half of June we have our 3 bedroom cottage already
reserved, but the 2 bedroom cottages are still available,
throughout July and August we have lot's of vacancy so e-mail
or call for information or a reservation
.
our rates do not have any extra fees,
just HST tax, boat launch and docking are included for free, no
extra charges !
a 2 bedroom is $270 per night or $1075 per week summer rates
a 3 bedroom is $345 per night or $1470 per week summer
rates very simple, stay where you can keep your boat.

Spencer's Cottages is strict
about occupancy it is the way we can keep our
cottages a very pleasant place to stay without an
over abundance of noise or commotion from your neighbors
The following are
the occupancy limits for the cottages (including
children), for all times of the day and
night

3 bedroom cottages:
( 8 persons max) prices based on
6 persons, additional charges for the
7th and 8th person
2 bedroom cottages:
(5 persons max) prices
based on 4 persons, additional charge for the 5th
person
1 bedroom cottages:
( 2 persons max)
prices based on 2 persons,
1 bedroom cottages
are quite small are are better suited to 1 or 2 persons,
if you are more persons , you will rent a 2 bedroom
